Dylan Burns is a seasoned Risk Advisor who joined Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners (BKS) in August 2020, following notable positions at Willis Towers Watson and Brown & Brown. With a keen focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions, Dylan collaborates with clients nationwide to tailor insurance programs that precisely meet their risk management needs. His areas of expertise include navigating complex real estate portfolios, development firms, transportation and logistics operations, distribution and supply companies, and large group captive solutions.
Graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Dylan brings a robust academic foundation to his professional endeavors. His passion for insurance stems from its dynamic nature. It offers a unique opportunity to understand clients’ operations intricately, navigate challenging marketplaces, and develop creative programs to mitigate risks and safeguard assets.
Dylan is invigorated by the entrepreneurial culture, holistic approach, and collaborative spirit among colleagues.
