David Ballew is a Senior Advisor at Tanner, Ballew and Maloof, Inc. (TBM), a BKS Partner. His foray into the insurance industry began during his collegiate years through internships at prominent national insurance brokerages, where he specialized in large commercial property coverage. This foundational experience paved the way for his professional career at TBM Atlanta, where he initially joined the multifamily unit.
In his previous role as a Marketing Account Executive, David quickly showcased his ability to assess risk characteristics and align insurance solutions with the needs of clients acquiring new habitational properties. His exceptional skill in fostering relationships with multifamily insurance carriers and clients soon became apparent.
With his promotion to Senior Advisor, David utilizes his extensive market knowledge to provide comprehensive insurance solutions, securing competitive pricing across the habitational, real estate, and golf course sectors. His deep understanding of the specific requirements of complex apartment industry clients, combined with his unwavering dedication to quality service, has made him an indispensable member of the BKS team.
In addition to his professional achievements, David is actively involved in his community as a lacrosse coach at Whitefield Academy, demonstrating his leadership abilities outside of the professional sphere. He resides in Georgia with his wife and their Labrador.
