Why I love…

Insurance:

  • Because it’s a necessary evil, however, when individuals use it and need it, it can be significant and extremely impactful. Also, in my roles, I’ve always been able to come in, help create and improve a program, and then have the help and support from different teams for ongoing stewardship. It provides everyday being different with different challenges as no two customers are the same. Also, and honestly, no one loves insurance until something

BKS:

  • I love BKS more than I could have imagined and for the first time in my career, found an organization that feels like home. The culture in which BKS operates is beyond measurable, not just for our clients but for all our team members and their families. In this firm, our leadership and founding partners lead with love and by example; Always lifting their team members and cheering us on and providing guidance and mentorship when challenges arise.

Clients:

  • THEY ARE AMAZING. We are so lucky to work with such gracious and interesting people. I love learning about their families and their successes. Genuine conversations and professional friendships are created and it’s great to be a small part of their journey.
